Community Center – Recreation Center
A multi-purpose facility for the Koa Ridge community providing meeting spaces, recreational and health amenities.
Park and School
Park and School Masterplan
Koa Ridge will include a community park and a multitude of neighborhood parks. An elementary school will be constructed by the State Department of Education.
Biking Path and Pedestrian Path
Over 7 miles of dedicated pathways for pedestrians and cyclists that is separated from the roads to increase safety and to support the health of our community.
Heart of Koa Ridge
Vibrant heart of Koa Ridge offering retail, dining, entertainment, services, the village Green, and residences.
Where Commerce takes place and the Community is Supported
Commercial uses such as a big box retailer, grocery store, drug store, restaurants, financial institutions, and more.
Planned with Healthcare in Mind
Medical Center site to be dedicated to and developed by the Wahiawa Hospital Association.

The Koa Ridge community was well thought out from every possible aspect. The environment, its future residents, housing choices, lifestyle, affordable housing, open space, schools, amenities and more.
Koa Ridge’s values and guiding principles, developed jointly with the community, led to a master plan for an exciting, dynamic community unlike any other in the Islands.
Working with our community visioning partners and renowned planning and cultural consultants, we have made significant strides toward a well-conceived Master Land Use Plan.
